Yesterday, I went to see a neurosurgeon regarding my cervical spondylosis, which has caused me a great deal of pain over about five years.
This time, my neurosurgeon suggested that removal of one, or possibly two, of the disks from my upper spine will alleviate some of the pain.
When the soft disk in my neck is removed, it will be replaced by a hard titanium disk shaped cage.
So, as an IT consultant, I'll still be having a soft disk replaced with a hard disk....
